This is not complicated stuff. It can be as simple as challenging one another to come up with and surprise each other with something new once every couple of weeks. Then keep alternating the challenge over time.
If you’d like a little more structure, you can absolutely replicate much of what we do with a simple calendar and a list of sensual or sexual activities or experiences you and your partner would like to try.
Here’s how:
- Together or individually, each of you finds or creates a numbered list of things you would like to try/do with your partner (positions, games, role-playing, activities, etc.) with primarily their pleasure in mind. Write it down in ink.
- Keep your final numbered list to yourselves; neither you nor your partner should ever see each other’s final list.
- Let’s say you each come up with your own lists of 25 experiences and you have numbered each experience randomly 1-25. What do you do next?
- On a calendar, each of you alternating as you go, write a random number (1-25) on a day or week during which your partner must perform the number from their list. So they came up with the challenge; you dictate when that challenge will be completed.
- If you each have 25 experiences and you alternate challenges in one-week intervals, you will have almost a full year of unexpected sexual experiences to look forward to.
- For example, let’s say #12 on your list is something simple like “perform oral sex,” and let’s say your partner happened to write #12 on the calendar on June 16.
- On June 16 (or during that week), you must complete challenge #12 from your list, providing your partner an oral experience they’ll love.
- Your partner won’t know what is coming that night/week, but we are confident it won’t be the same old thing, and we’re also confident the anticipation of the evening will only add to the enjoyment for both of you.
- On June 17, you should then text a photo of #12 on your list to your partner to verify that you have completed your challenge as originally written.
- Then the next selected date on the calendar, it will be your turn to enjoy your partner’s surprise challenge.
